Staffing
We understand how important it is to our customers for Total Grounds Care to have trustworthy employees on their property. For this reason we carefully screen potential employees prior to hiring them. All employees are thoroughly trained in the areas of their work.

Jeff handles the administrative operations and seasonal maintenance requirements, such as spraying, fertilizing and pruning. He will also meet with customers to discuss their needs and prepare any quotes that may be required. Jeff is also available to assist with any weekly maintenance services that require his help. Adam is our apprentice and vice-president in training. He loves to work with his dad, Jeff, and hopes to some day run the company. Adam enjoys mowing the grass at the farm, fishing and playing piano.

Meagan runs our "A" crew, primarily maintaining residential landscapes and smaller comercial properties. She is very eager to do an exceptional job for these clients. Customers may reach Meagan directly at (252) 230-8228. |
Calvin leads our "B" crew and maintains our commercial, industrial and larger residential accounts. He is very thorough, and takes pride in the quality of his workmanship. Calvin is married and is an Elder in his church.

Jacob works with Calvin on the "B" crew, and is very conscientious about the quality of his work. He is extremely dependable, and consistantly produces quality work. |
Insurance
We carry $1,000,000.00 per incident and $2,000,000.00 aggregate coverage in general liability insurance. All employees are also covered by workman’s compensation insurance.
